REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:

Quality football uniforms, professional and certified equipment, picture package

T-shirt or practice jersey, participation trophy, professional  referees and insurance

 during practice and game.

Cheer Uniform not included with Cheer teams registration.

Tackle and Flag fees include jersey that is kept by player.

The last original report card of the 
2007-2008 school year.  Any copies must be stamped by the school or district. 
 You must have a 2.0 or better to
 Participate. **NO PROBATION ** No exceptions! 
All fees must be paid in full, or 
participant will be dropped from roster on June 21, 2008.

Space is limited in football and cheerleading.

 It will be handled on a first come first serve basis.

  Each football team is limited to 33 players,  cheer teams are limited to 40

Volunteer Hours
A Responsible adult for every child must volunteer to work the snack bar for 2 hours (per child). 
There will be a $25 buyout due at sign-ups or $40 due at master
 registration. Failure to work or pay for buyout will result in the Child’s non-participation until either 
requirement is met. NO Refunds. No exceptions!
