Registration. Please use the checklist so that you are prepared for your
son/daughter’s registration. By using the checklist beforehand, your
registration process will go smoother and faster.

Every football player
must be at this weight limit or within 5 pounds on July 26th
.
Required Physical Exam
¨
Participants
Physical Exam (All participants (i.e. Cheerleaders, Jr. Gremlin
Division (Flag) and all Tackle Divisions require an annual physical
examination) by a medical practitioner certifying that the
participant is physically fit to participate in athletics).
